Design Build

We are design build remodelers. Here are a few of the bathrooms we have remodeled in the past 32 years. The plumbing was done by Crown Plumbing and the electrical work by Tri County Electric, under our direction.

Not sure where to start with your own project? Give us a call and a designer will listen to your concerns and ideas for improvement and then suggest some ways to do so and how we might be of assistance. The designer may also suggest alternative improvements to consider. Once the improvements have been finalized and plans drawn, if needed, a remodeler will make the changes.

Aging in Place

Many of our clients have expressed a desire to remain in their home as long as possible. As their mobility and lifestyle needs and preferences change with age, we help them select appropriate features to make their home safe and comfortable. For example, clients who develop stiff joints or back problems may benefit by switching from a bath tub to a walk in soaker tub or even a low lip shower in some cases. We discuss the pros and cons of the different options and determine how the preferred option might be configured within the space available. Once a selection has been made, we then arrange for its installation.
