Stairs: Need stairs? Your options might be more varied than you think. There are several code-approved structures used to traverse slopes. These include: straight stairways, platform stairs, winder stairs with landings, spiral stairs, straight ramps, and winder ramps. We’ve built and installed them all! When these structures rise more than 24 inches above the ground, handrails are required. Several examples are shown. |

Decks : We have designed and built many decks over the past 25 years and are knowledgeable about the construction details that result in longer deck life. We often use cedar, but have, when appropriate, integrated materials such as concrete, red wood, pressure treated hemlock, composite decking, and gacco. Let us put our years of experience to work on your deck project.

Canopies: In Oregon, these are very useful additions to most any deck. Canopies make your outdoor space useable in a variety of weather conditions and preserve the life of your deck.
Canopies come in different shapes, materials and price ranges. Many are permanent. Some retract when not in use.
As many do-it-yourselfers have found with canopies, “you get what you pay for.” A well-designed canopy that compliments the style of your home is an important investment. |
